A tool has been created for the automatic generation of primers.
Once a target is selected, a primer generation tool calls the cDNA sequence, creates primers with the correct Tm for the selected experimental conditions, and submits them via pre-scripted form to our vendor. In this way, human error, as well as the tedium of cut-and-paste, are removed completely from the process.
